Steel and wood structures are installed, next some roof things.

Very rewarding when you can build a steel structures on proper metal workshop.
 Condition of the machinery and tools, and materials available :) , and at an affordable price :D .

Little bit over measured steel parts, but WTF, now it´s done and no doubt tough enough?

Whether some information about where is time to buy?

Crucibles.

I get few new crucibles

A1-A4 Super Salamanders,

G105-G106 Fossati printed graphite crucibles,

A20 Super Salamander

 

For these little cruz, I made new gas furnace
 My first gas powered crucible oven. 

Materials: old gasbottle, russian firebricks, refractory casting mass.

Lid.

This is an old project last Feb, only few days and then try how it whine.

Wootz again.

I have other source for wootz(the real one) NH

Before forging this bar, look out my own steel cake.

Some blade made of this little raw ignot

Same blade different sides

Edge is too brittle, maybe new heat treatment help with this prob or addmixes causes that, there is lot of V, Cr, Co, W...

Pattern welded blade is result of practising, C 1%, F52, bandsaw.

And main thing HN Wootz, tree blades,

one finished with kingebony handle, slice moosehorn, own casted bronze with steelwire chips.
